Holiday Inn Beijing Airport Zone, an IHG Hotel

They helped us with a free shuttle for our flight out that evening. It was really helpful. Everyone spoke english well as well. They accepted mastercard unlike most places in Beijing.

The front desk staff were amazing considering that I arrived very late at night. I was offered a complementary breakfast. There was an option of soft or firm pillows. Complementary fruit and water. Exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn

1.Clean hotel. 2.availability of free shuttle to and from the Beijing capital airport. I missed my first shuttle due to immigration process,however they did not charge instead they sent another shuttle In less than 15mins 3.Receptionist understood English, a translator device is available for better communication

The staff are great, helpful and with an open approach to the customer. I only spent one night here but I will remember how good impression the people working here made on me. Breakfast is very well prepared and with a large selection of options.
